Style Definition for List panel

Use the Style Definition for List panel to define list settings for styles. See also Style sheets overview and Editing a style.

To open the Style Definition dialog box, Choose Window > Styles and click Edit Style Sheet. In the dialog box that appears, choose a style and click Edit. Click the panel names on the left side of the dialog box. Leave any of the following attributes empty if they are not important to the style:

Type determines the appearance of the bullets or numbers. Dreamweaver does not display this attribute in the Document window.

Bullet Image lets you specify a custom image for bullets. Type in the file name in the Style Definition for List panel, including its path if necessary. Dreamweaver does not display this attribute in the Document window.

Position determines whether the list item will wrap to an indent (outside) or the margin (inside). Dreamweaver does not display this attribute in the Document window.
